Top 10 Medical Schools

Harvard University is not the best university in the world by universities agency based in the UK, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rangkings. However, in the list of 10 best schools of medicine, Harvard was ranked first.
In compiling the list, QS conducted a survey of 33 thousand to 16 thousand academics and entrepreneurs by teaching research, employment opportunities, and internationalization in the world in 2011, with a maximum score of 100.

 

Here's a list of the top 10 universities that have the best medical school in the world :

1. Harvard University

The oldest and most prestigious campus in the United States is considered to have the best medical schools in the world. In the assessment of QS, Harvard received a perfect score of 100 percent in the parameters of academic reputation, graduate workers, and research.

Established in 1782, the mission of the Harvard Medical School is to create the best people from diverse communities who are committed to leadership in order to reduce the human suffering caused by disease.

2. Universitay of Cambridge

Cambridge School of Clinical Medicine is a medical school campus with the second best in the world. In the assessment of QS, Cambridge scored 83.

In 1953, James Watson and Francis Crick deduced the structure of DNA in the success of this campus. Top of this, both received the Nobel Prize in the Field of Medicine in 1962.

The majority of Cambridge graduate working in the National Health Service (NHS) England and the remainder being general practitioners.

3. University of Oxford

Oxford University was ranked third with a score of 77.7 points. Regardless of the increase in tuition fees in England in 2012, studying medicine at Oxford still three times less expensive than at Harvard.

4. Stanford University

Stanford is the oldest university in the western United States that has a medical school. The college is ranked fourth with a score of 68.7 points out of a maximum score of 100.

5. Johns Hopkins University

6. University of California, Berkeley
